After the order of your free quotation, the commercial responsible for your area will get in contact to schedule a visit in order to verify the conditions and suggest the type of cleaning most appropriate for you. At this visit, if you like, you can schedule the cleaning day and clarify any doubts about our services.
Who is going to get into my house? Our teams are composed by two well trained professionals ready to carry out the most reliable cleaning service. Our services are randomly accompanied by a supervisor, which verifies any irregularities and gives the orientation at time.
Can I trust the key of my house to the company? If you are never home and there is no other way of arranging the entrance at your house for cleaning, you have the option to leave a copy of the key with the team. You and team, representing the company, will sign an agreement registering the delivery of the key. If the team loses you key, Weclean will support the costs of changing the locks. Â
What types of payment are accepted? You can pay the cleaning services by check, cash or money transfer. Periodical clients have the option to pay at the end of the month.
Does the team changes frequently? No. Weclean made all the best efforts to keep always the same team. In occasion of holidays of a member of the team, a substitute will replace and supervisor will accompany the first day of the new member in order to assure safety and quality f the work.Â
Do I have to have any insurance for this? No. We provide insurance and in any case Weclean will be responsible for any costs of liability and accidents that happens with the team. When a team verifies that window blinds, microwaves or any other object are about to brake due to regular use and/or age, the team will inform the client before cleaning it. If the client is not home the team will leave a note informing it.
What happens when the cleaning day is a Holiday? The commercial or the team will be in touch to re-schedule the day of the cleaning in accordance with the client’s will.
How can I avaliate the cleaning quality and/or make suggestions or complaints? At the Weclean’s website a satisfaction inquiry is available for the client’s review. When necessary the client will be contacted by a supervisor or the manager in order to acquire more information and if it is the case rectify the work.
Is there any adherence commitment when contracting with Weclean? No. The client can stop the cleaning at any time upon 2 days notice. Weclean believes in the quality of the service as a factor of maintaining long commercial relationships with clients.
Can I suspend the cleaning service for vacations periods and keep the same team when coming back? Yes. The client can suspend work upon a 5 working days prior notice. When the client is back cleaning services will continue will the same team.
